Hosting & care

Hosting and care for Indian Trail websites

Upkeep for the site after launch: speed, security, snapshots and little changes.

Think of it as trail maintenance. For $49, $99 or $149 a month, depending on plan, your site stays quick, patched and current, and the small edits are on us.

What it covers

  • A global delivery network, so pages load quickly in Stallings or Seattle.
  • HTTPS with a certificate that renews itself.
  • Nightly snapshots we can restore in minutes.
  • Uptime alerts that reach us before customers notice.
  • Small updates like new hours, menu prices or a fresh job photo.
  • Periodic test submissions on your quote form.

Why these sites hold up

A typical WordPress install is a theme from one vendor and a dozen add-ons from others, all updating on their own schedules. When they disagree, the site breaks. Our hand-built pages are plain files: nothing to log into, nothing to patch weekly, almost nothing that can fail.

Need a change?

Send Roger a quick text. Closed for July 4th? New price on a service? Want this week's finished job on the homepage? Covered. Bigger asks, like a whole new page, get quoted before anything happens.

Hosting questions

Which changes are free?

Small ones: store hours, prices, pictures, team members, a holiday banner. A new page or section is quoted up front.

And if it ever goes offline?

We get an alert and handle it. Because there's no database or add-on to fail, that's rare.

Will you host a site someone else made?

Generally no; the service is built for sites we write. If yours runs on WordPress or Wix, Roger can talk through fixing it versus starting fresh.

Is my monthly rate locked?

Yes, for as long as you're with us. Keeping our sites on our own hosting is how we can include the small edits.

Send Roger your web address. He'll open it on a phone, search for you the way an Indian Trail neighbor would, and reply with a clear list of what's pulling in calls and what's pushing people away.
